Shortly after design, or sometimes simultaneously, we take our next step, which is development. This is where we add flesh to the skin and bones created in the design step. Depending upon the scope of the project or the type of product, the duration of the design and development steps may vary.
Deploy in the Market
The final step is delivery, or deployment if we are rolling out the product for your market in phases. This step involves testing, debugging, knowledge sharing, and marketing. This is the step where you see your desired outcomes come to life. We take your feedback on what we delivered through another discovery process, and the cycle goes on until we bring to life a product that leads your market.
